What are the terms of your subscriptions?

AutoProff subscriptions plans are paid yearly or monthly. We make it simple to start — and stop — your service.

Can I download AutoProff?

AutoProff is a subscription-based online platform that’s supplemented by a user-friendly mobile app.

How do I become a subscriber?

Click on the ‘Sign-up now’ button in the top navigation bar then answer a few simple questions about your company and select your subscription plan. Finally, upload your company documentation and you’re all set.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling your subscription is done online from your profile page. It’s an easy and no-questions-asked process.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, in your profile. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan.

Are there any additional fees?

AUTOproff is an easy-to-use and transparent car trading platform for professionals.

Additional post-trade services e.g., Car Transportation and Document Shipment can be booked directly in the platform and are invoiced according to your accepted offer.

Who is behind AutoProff?

AutoProff was founded by experienced car trader Jesper Ratza in Denmark in 2013 to digitize B2B vehicle trading, helping car dealers grow sales and improve profits from used car trading. We employ +140 enthusiastic professionals across our offices.  

In August 2022, AutoScout24, the leading specialized pan-European online car marketplace, acquired the majority stake in AutoProff. The partnership supports a rapid expansion of Autoproff’s solutions across Europe and enable the creation of Europe’s first fully integrated C2B-B2B-B2C used car trading solution. Do you offer Enterprise solutions?
