What are the terms of your subscriptions?
AUTOproff subscriptions plans are paid yearly or monthly. We even give you the option to start for Free. We make it simple to start — and stop — your service.
Can I download AUTOproff?
AUTOproff is a fully-managed web service and we offer you the option to download our user-friendly mobile app as well.
How do I become a subscriber?
You just click on the ‘Get Started’ button in the top navigation bar. A few easy steps. Start with your company information, select your Subscription Plan and upload you company documents then you are well on your way.
How do I cancel the service?
Cancelling AUTOproff is an easy and no-questions-asked process. It’s done online right from your profile.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, in your profile. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan.
Are there any additional fees?
AUTOproff is an easy-to-use and transparent car auction platform for professionals.
Our ‘Free’ plan is for free where you pay-as-you-go.
In the ‘Essential’ and ‘Premium’ plan, you only pay for inserting cars on auction and for the additional services you like to use.
In the ‘Professional’ plan you only pay for the additional services you like to use.
Additional services are e.g., Car Transportation,
Document Transportation and Minimum Guaranteed Pricing are billed at a small fee.
When buying an AP Managed car, you can be certain that the car is thoroughly documented, and thus know exactly what to expect. The fee depends on your subscription and the price of the car.
Use of our Guaranteed Minimum Price service is based on:
1) If your vehicle sells below the guaranteed price, we cover the downside 100%, or offer to buy the vehicle, at no expense to you.
2) If your vehicles sells above the guaranteed price, we share the upside. 70% to you and AUTOproff receive 30% (maximum of 750€)
When buying an AP Managed car, you can be certain that the car is thoroughly documented, and thus know exactly what to expect. The fee depends on your subscription and the price of the car.
Who is behind AUTOproff?
AUTOproff was founded by Jesper Ratza in Denmark in 2013. At that time, Jesper had worked with car sales for 20 years. Today the main shareholder is still Jesper Ratza and some key employees. Besides them André Rogaczewski, Chief Executive Officer of Netcompany (IT consultancy).
AUTOproff headquarter is in Vejle (Denmark) and have offices in Hamburg, Copenhagen, Vejle, Malmoe, Olso, Amsterdam, Warsaw.
